The AI market does not have a documents AI platform that is proper. There isn’t a single document that would take your information from a document and create a good document out of it. Usually, there are two elements that this process. There is the fetching of information and there is the creation or generation when it comes to the data. and the most advanced tool in the market which is GPT works very well when it comes to generating data, but only when it comes to raw data, sometimes charts are okay, but the truth is they’re so far behind when it comes to documents AI platforms.
They can’t really create documents properly and the reason for that is documents are not easily understood because it’s like a piece of paper and it requires a little bit of training, excessive training in order to understand what is inside this document. If you put a PDF document to GPT and ask it to tell you what that is, it’s going to understand more or less what this document is in general, but it is extremely flaed even their most advanced model that sometimes the pictures are not understood very well, or the processing is not as you would imagine, it wouldn’t look look in depth the way you want it to be in a nutshell it’s not a document’s AI platform.

Knowing this problem, knowing the market opportunity here, we worked and we have been working on intensify.i which is necessarily a document AI platform that actually grasps the raw text from the documents. and uses this to generate a document that is well designed and that can be actually branded as another document. AI models like GPT like Claude, like Gemini are advancing. There is no argument there’re evolving day after day and creating things that we didn’t think they would be able to create. But in order to keep their learning as such in order to keep themselves evolving in this way, they can’t really focus on the small matters like designing a proper document.
and us as people or as end users do need the best of both worlds. We can’t only use raw text and pitching or in using it in our documents. Also, we can’t only use this AI text. We need a merge of documents and AI in order to generate something that is actually usable. It’ll take a few years till those documentsal platforms till those documents AI platforms start to actually become a value.
Current Options and the Future of Documents AI
There are a few out there similar to tome.app that can create documents GPD as well the latest model could create documents, but they’re not really good. They’re far from they’re merely documents for the sake of being coal documents, but they’re not really well designed document compared to the ones humans can release, and this is the benchmark here. It’s not the fact that GPT is intelligent.
It’s the fact that a document released by GPT is far from when compared to a document released by a freelancer or a human consultant. This is what many major corporations working in AI fail to see and this is where a huge market is going to be built in the near future and this is what we’ve been day and night investing all our budget in creating a platform, a document AI platform that releases documents of value. After that, Gemini and copilot are in place because they integrate with Microsoft and Google. So keep a note of those platforms test them out and be patient knowing that there is a platform that could actually integrate the knowledge that AI is doing in the near future.
