If you’re an entrepreneur or a business owner, there will come a day where you’re gonna need an elevator pitch. When this moment arrives, you are going to think, can you do an AI elevator pitch? AI is doing everything in our age.
It’s drawing pictures, it’s creating documents, it’s helping people medically. There isn’t a single sector that AI is not putting its fingerprints on. So, can you actually create an AI elevator pitch?

But there are a lot of things to consider when working on this. An AI elevator pitch is as good as the language model you’re using. If you’re using AI, you’re probably using either GPT, Anthropics’ Claude, or Google’s Gemini. The three of them have their perks, their pros, and their cons.
Research and Writing for AI Elevator Pitches
When it comes to AI elevator pitching, what you are looking for is writing that is perfect. The first thing you need to do is to find yourself a good elevator pitch out there, like the Airbnb elevator pitch. You usually find those elevator pitches on the cover slide or the first slide of a pitch deck.
Keep in mind you need to start doing your research to look at different elevator pitches for companies that are similar in your sector, but you can also expand your horizon. It’s not really about Airbnb, Uber, or whatever category of industry you’re in. It’s more about how you’re pitching the sentence.
You have a chance to pitch a sentence to a person that would either convince or not convince that person to invest in your project or to be interested at all. In order for you to do that, you need to be able to use the proper keywords that are associated with your product, as well as what the people need to hear.
If Airbnb pitched something like, “We are an alternative to hotels,” that wouldn’t be as interesting as, “We provide house-sharing services globally.” The latter shows their business model better. You have to keep that in mind.
Creating Intrigue in an AI Elevator Pitch
Now, when you start creating an elevator pitch using AI or an AI elevator pitch, the first thing you need to do is visit websites like tome.app or a similar website. That’s the first thing you could do. But the second thing you need to consider, as we’ve mentioned, is the quality of writing. How good is your elevator pitch in terms of wording? For that, you’re going to need to conduct your own research and write your own ideas for an elevator pitch. Then, let GPT, Claude, or Gemini, whichever you choose, perfect the sentence for you.
As long as you already have a basis of what you’re thinking, you need to know the keywords of what you’re pitching. You need to know what your industry is. You need to know what your unique selling point is, and it should show from your elevator pitch. It should build intrigue.
The idea of an elevator pitch is to create a handshake, create some sort of intrigue, and that’s only done with a sentence that builds curiosity.
Perfecting it
It takes years to perfect an elevator pitch, and that’s why people hire consultants like me to do that for them. Knowing the market, for example, at this state of the market that we’re in while writing this article, there is an AI frenzy, and most investors are interested in artificial intelligence.
That is a double-edged piece of information. If your elevator pitch is something like, “I am using artificial intelligence to grow plants,” or, “I’m working on agriculture with AI,” this might seem to you like a logical thing. However, due to the fact that AI is everywhere and there is a frenzy, it is repetitive.
It would be better to say something like, “Using intelligent models in agri-tech,” or something similar. It’s the only way you can create something unique.

Remember, it doesn’t matter if you write an AI elevator pitch with tools or by yourself. At the end of the day, a person is going to read this elevator pitch. If they like it, you’re in. If they don’t, you’re not in.
